Cipriani Residences is an 80-story, 397-residence ultra-luxury tower by Mast Capital in Brickell, designed by Arquitectonica. Ray & Co ran the full appliance program end to end — on-site delivery and distribution, installation of every appliance, complete reporting, and full punch-list closeout.

Across 3,600 appliances delivered, distributed, and installed, coordination with the cabinetry and millwork trades was the defining operational challenge. Ray & Co's project-management discipline kept the appliance phase synchronized with the build without a single schedule slip.
