One Park Tower

One Park Tower by Turnberry is a 33-story, 292-residence tower at the SoLé Mia community in North Miami. Ray & Co owned the complete appliance program: on-site delivery and distribution, installation of every appliance across all 292 residences, full progress reporting, and punch-list closeout.

Coordinating freight-elevator windows and cabinetry sequencing across 2,336 appliances installed, the team operated in phased dispatch synced to the construction schedule. Every install photographed, every manufacturer registration filed, every punch item closed inside Ray & Co's 48-hour standard.
