One Park Tower

One Park Tower by Turnberry is a 33-story, 292-residence tower at the SoLé Mia community in North Miami. Ray & Co owned the complete appliance program — on-site delivery and distribution, installation of every appliance across all 292 residences, full progress reporting, and punch-list closeout.

Coordinating freight-elevator windows and cabinetry sequencing across 2,336 appliances installed, the team operated in phased dispatch synced to the construction schedule — every install photographed, every manufacturer registration filed, every punch item closed inside Ray & Co's 48-hour standard.
