Regency Parc

Regency Parc is a 20-story, 126-residence ultra-luxury rental tower by Codina Partners in Downtown Coral Gables. Ray & Co owned the entire appliance program end to end — on-site delivery and distribution, installation of every appliance across all 126 residences, full progress reporting, and complete punch-list closeout.

Across all 126 residences, 1,089 appliances were delivered, distributed on site, and installed — every unit photographed, every appliance registered, and every punch item resolved to Ray & Co's operational standard. No part of the appliance scope was subcontracted out.
